This Government Portal allows Extranet Applicants to submit the following applications for SLA's evaluation via the internet, from the comfort of your home or office:

• Granting of Consent A Non-Assignment Clause is typically inserted in State leases issued to Statutory Boards, which requires SLA’s prior written consent, as Lessor, to be sought for any demise, mortgage, charge, assignment, sub-letting, under-letting, or parting with possession of the property (save for mortgages/charges to any bank or finance company licensed under the Banking Act or Finance Companies Act respectively).
• Alienation SLA sells the required State land directly to the requesting Statutory Board, upon confirmation that the land is needed to fulfil its statutory functions.
• Surrender and Re-issue, Renewal or Extension All State leases have specific tenures. Statutory Boards can apply for the renewal of leases, and each application will be considered on its own merits, bearing in mind the Government’s long-term plans for the land and in consultation with other public agencies.
• Allocation of State Land State land is made available to Ministries and Organs of State to enable them to fulfil their mission and discharge their statutory functions, e.g. State land is allocated to MOE for school development and to MND for park development.
